Regardless of the make and model of your machine, our technicians can validate, service and repair your autoclave to Australian Standard AS4187 and AS4815. We come to your premises to service and validate, so your business is not inconvenienced. Once we have worked with you, we will contact you to book in your validation appointments so you never have to worry about falling out of certification.
Validation is a mandatory annual requirement to comply with Australian Standards, as well as Council and State Health Regulations. As an owner and user of an autoclave it is your legal responsibility to ensure that your machine is performing accurately within the manufacturer’s specifications and this performance has been checked and validated by a qualified technician.
Validation includes calibration and chamber profiling, as well as further testing to ensure that your autoclave is capable of sterilising the most challenging load that you can process in your practice or business.
Validation is required when installing a new autoclave and at least every 12 months thereafter. Depending on the age or cycle count of your autoclave, service may be required at 6-month intervals.
